“Cascades On Allison” is ideally situated on the high side of Allison Crescent in Marysville. Stunning views of the Valley can be enjoyed whilst sipping on your morning coffee or a glass of wine.
The house itself has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with views from every window. The Kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with walk-in pantry, dishwasher, and a large breakfast bar.
There are three bedrooms with the master bedroom sporting a King-sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe. The other two bedrooms have built in robes with the second bedroom offering a Queen bed and two single bunk beds in the third bedroom.
The house is serviced by a split system and ducted heating/cooling which will ensure comfort all year round.
A rear deck is provided for outdoor entertaining which includes a BBQ, large square table seating 8 overlooking the native terraced gardens.
