Didn't honor my reservation, not recommended.

We booked well in advance, but upon arriving at 6pm on the day of our reservation, we were met with nobody, then eventually a kind man who called around for us and managed to track down the property manager, who disavowed any knowledge whatsoever of our reservation, going so far as to say he never works with hotels.com or hotels.es or anyone else. He never even apologized for the inconvenience all this may have caused us, his only observation was that this wasn't his fault and that was the end of that. Naturally, I left with a bad taste in my mouth and more than a few curses under my breath. I'll never recommend this place, even for those visiting the very nearby and excellent archaeological site of Ammaia, which is well worth the visit.
