The apartment, spacious and bright and 350 meters from the sea, is located on the second floor of a residential building equipped with a lift. It consists of 3 bedrooms: two doubles (one with a single bed) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. In the living area there is a kitchen and the living room / lounge, complete with sofa and TV, has access to a terrace also equipped with table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a whirlpool bath, and a hairdryer. The property also has a laundry room / utility room with washing machine.
The parking is private with automatic gate.
Just 5 minutes on foot or by bike you can reach the city center with the beautiful Sacro Cuore church and the modern Piazza Cavour.
The seafront has a beautiful bike path that connects it to both Villa Rosa and Alba Adriatica through a brand new wooden pier, for a total of about 25km. Lovers of bike rides will appreciate it very much.
In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bike paths.
In addition, a 10-minute walk takes you to the "Tempo Libero" sports center where you can do various activities such as: tennis, skating on the slopes, bocce and various equipment for children, etc ....
The sea has a sandy bottom and for the first 100mt, towards the breakwaters, has a depth that rises slowly up to 50cm allowing you to relax in complete safety and tranquility with your children in the water.
