Objekt, 2. St. mit extrem steilen Treppen. Für alte Menschen nicht machbar mit Koffer oder Einkäufen, für Familie mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Verwohntes Objekt, mit vielen Mängeln, defektes Mobiliar, Kücheneinrichtg. unkomplett, Bad mit Schimmel und diversen Defekten. Schwankender Wasserdruck, der über Besitzer zeitl. eingegrenzt , geregelt wird. Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar (Möbel defekt, steiler Aufgang, kein Sonnenschutz, schräger Boden etc)Mängelliste an Eigentümer erteilt.Matratzen, Fenster u. Fensterläden gut, Spül- u. Waschmasch. gut
