A comfortable apartment perfect for two people, equipped with all the essentials and located right in the heart of town (ZTL), in a historic building that still features its beautiful stone vaults. Those who love period charm will find a cozy vintage atmosphere, with furnishings that combine style and comfort. The location is perfect: its proximity to the main points of interest, all within walking distance, makes exploring the beauty of Martina Franca easy and enjoyable.



The 40-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor (3 steps to enter) and has a separate entrance from the street.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and conventional oven

- LIVING AREA with a sofa, dining table, and TV

- BEDROOM with a double bed and closet

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower (NO SHOWER ENCLOSURE; the showerhead is located among the fixtures)



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via portable heaters and wall-mounted electric heaters, washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

- NO A/C: the house is equipped with an electric ventilation system, and the interior stone keeps it cool

- The apartment is located on a pedestrian street that is NOT accessible by car and is within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You must park in a paid parking spot on Via Vincenzo Bellini near Via Giuseppe Mazzini (about 150–200 meters from the apartment) and then continue on foot along Via Giuseppe Mazzini.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Martina Franca is a charming Baroque-style town located in the heart of the Itria Valley and nestled among typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is marvelous, filled with monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino, dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant’Antonio, which houses a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from whom the Valle d’Itria takes its name. A visit to the Palazzo Ducale, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale, with its shaded paths adorned by neoclassical fountains, is a must. Also not to be missed are visits to nearby Alberobello, famous worldwide for its trulli, and to the beautiful town of Locorotondo.
