Nice location, nice studio but too noisy to rest

Location is great for the town but its very noisy, loud visitors to the city until 3am, 8am the butchers next door opens and he is very loud. Every bit of noise from the street is heard through the bathroom window ( even after stuffing a pillow in there ) There is almost no privacy in the bathroom and everything can be heard in the main living space.
