This great Lake Hartwell home is sited on a gorgeous lot overlooking one of the lake's main channels. The beautifully renovated home has two bedrooms, a bunk room, and a flex room with futon offering a third bedroom with plenty of space for family and friends. There are three full baths. The great room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining room and opens onto the covered porch. The lower level has a large rec room with large flat screen TV and playstation. There is a exercise equipment in the garage to include dumbbells and a weight bench. There is also a flagstone patio which connects with the improved walkway to the covered slip dock. The property also includes covered parking and good storage space. You are one block away from the Jenkins Ferry Boat Ramp and Beach.
