Magnolia House is a quaint, quiet and peaceful property in a town surrounded by water on 3 sides but NOT a beach community. Only 1 min to free community boat ramp, it's far enough away yet close enough to all of the amenities found in Historic Beaufort, Atlantic Beach (closest large public beach) and Morehead City. It's the perfect place for walking, biking, kayaking, fishing or relaxing in a quiet coastal village. Also, not pictured is a great outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Great Spot

A special place!
The Magnolia House is a gem and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a close boat ramp that we were able to enjoy a few times. Our small family enjoyed and will likely be back! Thank you

Beautiful house, lovely stay
The house felt like a home. The air conditioning was strong which felt great on a hot humid day. Relaxing on the enclosed porch was a great way to spend the evenings. The outdoor shower was helpful to ensure we didn’t track any beach sand into the home. Beds were comfy and the shower had nice water pressure. We didn’t lack anything. Would love to stay here again.
