    Decent but would not recommend to my friends nor would I stay there again. Check in process was a pain. He had to go across town to pick up the keys from a different hotel. It cost us to taxi cab one to pick up the keys and want to drop them off after thr stay.

    Emplacement au top . Le propriétaire avait coupé l'eau d'arrivée de la douche car énorme fuite à la colonne et flexible de douche .J'ai du l'appeler car il ne répond pas aux messages et il nous a expliqué qu'il fallait déplacer la machine à laver pour ouvrir le robinet d'arrivée d'eau et le fermer après chaque utilisation: grosse galère .Propreté laisse à désirer ,taches protèges matelas ,canapé, manque poignée porte chambre ,pas d'eau chaude mitigeur cuisine .Je me demande si cette location est toujours gérée par Abritel ?

    Gérant catastrophique

    En arrivant dans l’appartement, je constate immédiatement qu’une fenêtre de chambre (donnant sur une place avec des bars et restos), ne ferme pas. Au téléphone, le gérant me dit que «je le pends de court » et qu’il ne peut rien faire pour moi que, que je n’ai qu’à « mettre une chaise devant la fenêtre » et je dois « changer de ton ». Après 10 minutes de discussion bloquée et tendue, je lui indique que je vais immédiatement contacter la hotline d’Abritel pour régler le problème et là soudainement il me dit qu’il va essayer de trouver une solution. 2 heures après, il passe réparer la fenêtre. Mais sauf qu’entre temps, je constate qu’il manque une poignée de porte de chambre, que le chauffe-eau fuit, qu’il manque une paire de drap, qu’il n’y a que 2 fourchettes (pour un appartement de 6 pers ) et qu’il n’y a que 5 chaises pour un appart de 6 personnes. Malgré mes 3 messages et demande afin de régler tous ces problèmes, le gérant ne répond plus et me laisse pendant tout mon séjour dans cette situation !

    Agréable séjour

    Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, proche du Mucem et du Vieux Port. Un peu de mistral et de pluies fines exceptionnelles lors de notre passage. Hôte prêt à tout pour vous renseigner et mettre à dispo l'essentiel. Appartement confortablement équipé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur mais ne nous a pas dérangé.

    Très bel appartement, super bien situé et équipé.

    Vu le seul avis très négatif, j’avais hésité à réserver cet appartement. On a été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L’appart est très bien situé, la rénovation de bon goût et très récente. Nous étions 4 adultes de 20 à 85 ans. Tout s’est bien passé (accueil, wifi, cuisine…). Merci!
