Un AirBnB au milieu des oliviers...mais c'est tout

SĂ©jour de 3 nuits chambre Augustine : Contact avec l'hĂŽte par sms/mail donc explication minimaliste [clĂ© de la chambre dans boite Ă  clĂ© type AirBnb],. , aucun Ă©tat des lieux ArrivĂ©e/DĂ©part alors que Caution de 400€ !!! (crucial vu certains dĂ©gĂąts dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©sents [lavabo fĂȘlĂ©, poubelle dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©e], etc.. ) [donc j'ai pris un max de photo avant et aprĂšs mon sĂ©jour], lieu s'apparentant Ă  l'amĂ©nagement d'un garage en chambres fait trop rapidement (Ă©tat des finitions, propretĂ© derriĂšre les radiateurs, etc..), glacial et non chauffĂ©e Ă  l'arrivĂ©e (seul un radiateur Ă  eau dont il a fallu la 1ere nuit pour rĂ©chauffer l'espace est prĂ©sent). Pas de VMC et aucune aĂ©ration donc humiditĂ© (donc obligĂ© le matin puis d'ouvrir 10 min les volets/fenĂȘtres afin d'espĂ©rer un peu d'air sain pour le soir). Porte peu isolĂ©e phoniquement et thermiquement, donnant sur la zone commune "frigo, Ă©vier, cafetiere" donc nuisance Ă  souhait.

Le lieu est trĂšs reposant au milieu d’une grande prairie et dans la campagne. La chambre est grande et lumineuse mais j’aurais aimĂ© une chaise en plus ou de petites tables de chevet ainsi qu’un ou deux verres dans la salle de bain ainsi qu’un peu de savon pour se laver les mains. Sinon tout est parfait
