Dinner wasn't too good but not bad either but reception staff were very efficient, the room very nice and very very comfortable for this price and also breakfast was at a high standard. They should just offer better wines.
We expected to find a standard, no frills, competently-operated hotel and restaurant, and when we saw how busy this place gets, including the restaurant, we had our doubts. But lunch, dinner and breakfast were a delight. The restaurant team displayed rare talent at keeping an eye on both the kitchen and the dining room while somehow managing comforting familiarity with the regular diners (and by our 2nd meal, we felt like regulars). The menu is well-designed and very tasty, and the servers and cooks can handle special requests with hardly a delay. The hotel staff were efficient and attentive. We will happily return.
2. time we have stayed her as flight early in the morning makes airport closeness a must. Great value for money. Convenient with transport for free the 2 minutes drive to terminal. Will book here again if early flight.
First time we stopped at this place very convenient for waiting for a flight next day, very close to the airport and first shuttle at 05:00 am, nothing fancy basic equipment of the room too small for me but OK.The service was acceptable, this hotel is cheap and may be we go back on an other trip.
For just 1 night and it's close to the airport I think this is a good choice for that money. We hadn't any big expectations because we stayed at Ibis before and know the standard. We had a really good welcome and the staff was really service minded and very professional. We didn't had any breakfast because we left really early in the morning. But there was breakfast from 5 o'clock. The transfer was leaving every 15 minutes-and it worked Okey.
I stayed here for 2 nights. When I checked in I was given the room I’d booked. I tried to get in with the key but never worked, I went back to reception and the key was re done on the machine. I tried again but again never worked. This went in 4 times, in the end I was getting annoyed as the guy on reception should of realised there was a problem and either went to the room with me or Change room on the second try. I was given another room on the second floor. When I got into the room I found it to be for handicapped people. I found it smelled of urine. I was too tired by this time to change room. I tried the restaurant the next day and the service was quick and friendly. I ordered the PRIME rib steak. I asked for it to be medium but got it and it was raw. I asked for it to be cooked more and when I got it back it was burnt and my fries were cold. I went to eat it and found my fork still had old food on. I asked for another and eat or should I say tried to eat the steak. It was full of grisly fat which I couldn’t eat. There was a pile of chewed meat on the plate at the end of my meal. The waitress asked was it ok I said no but got no response which seems to be the norm as I was asked was everything ok when I checked out and said no and told him about the meal and room but again ignored. Poor standard of service again from IBIS. On a previous trip over a year ago in another IBIS I was asked to give them another chance to make up for similar service but once again totally rubbish again.
Ideal stop over if you have an early morning flight to catch.. Staff were very helpful throughout our brief stay, especially the check-in/reception staff, the restaurant staff and the courtesy bus driver.
Good size room. Comfortable bed. Lovely pillows. No coffee/tea facilities in room. Free wifi. Tv only has CNN otherwise all French. 10 minutes drive from airport in middle of factories. Not near main town but bus from airport takes you there.
Room was very small and not cleaned to our expectations. No frills hotel. Shuttle to airport was first come, first served. Restaurant was closed, no other food options. Front desk staff not very helpful.
We arrived at the hotel at 7pm. They had a Mexican theme in the reception. The atmosphere was buzzing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole experience was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was super, the food was good and the rooms were spotless. The ambience and welcoming nature of the hotel staff made our last night of our holiday special. We have stayed in quite a few hotels and this really stood out in the customer service it displayed. Well done!
