Je vous épargne la photo. 2 nuits réservées par erreur au lieu d'une seule, j'ai immédiatement prévenu hôtel.com et l'hôtel pour demander une annulation de la 2eme nuit, refusée par le gérant, pas top le geste commercial. Sinon il y a quand même du positif : la personne au téléphone super sympa, l'accès tard facilité par les très bonnes indications données par SMS.
