Great hotel, really friendly staff, family room spacious and great shuttle service. Nice way to end holiday and to be near airport for early flight with 3 small children! only downside is you need a car if you want to leave hotel as it is just off busy road but not an issue if only staying for a night!
Rooms are very small, same bathroom. In summer, rooms are very hot although AC is working but you smell the AC as the filters were cleaned quite some time ago. If you are waiting for flight or between flights it is OK but if you open the window (which is very small) you have the feeling as if you are on the motorway. WiFi is functioning but very slow and with a lot of interruptions. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, airport shuttle is functioning flawlessly. If you would like a drink at the pool you must pick it by yourself ad the hotel is understaffed or something else is the catch...
When I arrived the airport, I called them on the intercom at the shuttle service station (hall 1, ground floor). They arrived in 5 minutes. The room is good enough but no elevator. You have to carry your luggage by yourself.
The room was great, the staff was polite and the buffet they laid out for dinner was the best I have ever seen for a restaurant of this class. No complaints about the room or anything else inside the hotel. However... I booked this hotel due to the fact that it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. At the time that I booked, the site I used said that the shuttle was 24-hours a day, which was not the case (the hotel's own website properly lists the start time as 5AM.) Unfortunately, for my international flight at 6AM, my bags had to be dropped off by 4:50AM. No big deal, I figured... I can take a taxi. At least, that is what I thought, until the hotel staff informed me that taxis will not pick up people at 4AM. The distance to the airport is too short and they consider it a waste of their time. As a result, I had to walk 2.5KM to the airport through unlit streets which frequently had no sidewalk/pedestrian safe walking paths, while carrying all of my luggage. I don't blame the hotel for the taxi company's unprofessionalism, but I would constructively suggest that they consider having the shuttle start 30 minutes earlier, so that people aren't caught in a situation like mine.
This was a clean, staff friendly hotel with small rooms (and a small price) so not bad all things considered. The breakfast (petite dejeuner) was surprisingly good. They have a van that will take you to the airport and if you want to go to Marseille, just take the big blue van once you get to the airport and it will take you to the center of Marseille.
The rooms are smaller than ideal, but in very good condition. The staff service was very friendly and efficient. Food was good value and generous. Free airport shuttle bus, Nice swimming pool. The air con was quiet and worked well.
For a 1:30 am arrival at MRS, this hotel was a convenient option at just 7 minutes and 10 Euros by taxi. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures and water pressure were all good. Despite my having warned the property in advance (i.e., during booking) that we would be arriving at 1:30am, we were given room 15, which is right next to the custodial supply closet, separated from it by a thin wall. If your guests arrive at 1:30am, they will most likely NOT be awake at 7:00am when housekeeping begin their shift! The noise was too much. It would have made more sense to put us in a room far away from the custodial closet. It also took us some time to get the attention of the night receptionist to open the front gate, despite having rang the buzzer some 3-4 times. Our taxi driver kindly waited until we were admitted into the hotel before driving away, as the surrounding area is rather deserted.
Stayed here for two nights on a business trip during Euros 2016. Hotel was cheap, scrupulously clean and had a nice breakfast. Staff helpful and generous. Decor also unexpectedly attractive. Basically, a really good hotel considering its unassuming location next to airport.
A warm welcome from all staff, arranged pickup from airport in a matter of minutes. Room was pleasant enough, clean and quiet. Wifi was dodgy. Unlimited buffet evening meal was ok, although the main course was not very warm. Efficiency of shuttle service makes this an ideal pre- or post-flight layover.
There isn't anything special with this hotel. It is just what you pay for: a reasonably priced airport hotel a bit outside of the busy area. The pool is OK but very noisy next to the highway. the hotel rooms are clean but lack originality. If you plan of staying there ! night prior to departure, then it is a good affordable option.
