Lage top, Ausstattung bescheiden

Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist top und es war auch nicht zu laut. Die Immobilie jedoch ist eine Katastrophe, und wenn sie der Vermieterin gehört, sollte sie diese schleunigst zeitgemäß modernisieren. Wenn ihr nur das Appartment, das vermietet wird, gehört, sollte sie wenigstens diese auf den neuesten Stand bringen und nicht nur mit IKEA-Charme auisstatten. Der Boden ist uneben, die Elektrik von einem Amateur nachinstalliert, das Bad ohne funktionierenden Dunstabzug, am Waschtischspiegel (Schrank), der zu weit vorragt, stößt man sich den Kopf. Die Möblierung ist billigst, die Utensilien, z.B. in der Küche sind es auch.Man nimmt eben viel Geld von den Touris und muß wegen der hohen Nachfrage wenig bieten. Die Marktwirtschaft hat man verstanden, den Service- und Qualitätsgedanken hingegen noch nicht.
