This is a whole duplex apartment in a quaint older building, right in the heart of old town Cassis and a five-minute walk to the nearest beach (and bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, etc.). It has all necessary amenities and is charmingly decorated. It does sleep 4 comfortably owing to a day bed in the main living area. In season, traffic through the street is strictly regulated and there is no parking in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is on the third (top) floor and accessible only through a narrow, steep staircase. This was just fine for us since we arrived on foot and we have no issue going up and down multiple flights of stairs; it would be challenging for a mobility-impaired person, however.

Schönes Appartment, zentrale Lage

Wir hatten wieder schöne Tage im Appartment im Zentrum von Cassis, direkt am Markt, wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist etwas älter, hat aber Charme und die Lage oberhalb der Gassen mit dem Gemurmel aus den Cafés hat uns gut gefallen.

Appartement und Lage sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Haus von der örtlichen Baubehörde wegen Einsturzgefahr abgesichert. Bei Starkregen ist das Dach im Flur undicht. Darauf sollten Sie hinweisen, auch eine Preisreduzierung wäre angebracht.

Super Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (6+10) fünf Nächte in Cassis und haben die perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung in super zentraler Lage sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, viele Handtücher (sogar extra Badetücher), Sonnenschirm etc. Auch in der Küche gab es Kaffee, Öl etc und ausreichend Geschirr. ..
