This is a very modern 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It is located on the ground floor of a high-end building with its own garage for the use of visitors. In the living room, which opens onto the terrace and the garden, there is a 2-seater leather reclining sofa and a swivel armchair as well as a red leather rocking chair. On the terrace there are 2 "sun loungers" and 2 "relax" chairs as well as a metal table with 4 dining chairs for use on the terrace or on the lawn. The 47 m2 terrace faces the 50 m2 enclosed garden.
