The accommodation:
Located 50 m from the beach, La Poulidetto is an apartment on the ground floor. In the spirit of a lower villa you will find absolute calm, perfect for nature lovers while being close to the fine sandy beaches. The apartment has been renovated with quality materials.

The apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Indeed you will find a 1st bedroom with two 90 cm beds, then another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and finally a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a large storage cupboard.

Outside you will find a large dining table with a parasol to protect you from the sun and heat as well as deckchairs.
You also have a small wooden table to have a good aperitif in the early evening and an electric plancha is at your disposal for your grills. Everything is there to enjoy!

Parking:
The apartment is easy to access, you can park your vehicles inside the residence. There is space for two cars.

Equipment:
Wifi, "Nespresso" coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, fridge, freezer, TV, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, 4-burner induction hob, clothes horse, electric plancha, iron and ironing board, crockery and cutlery for 6 people.

The environment:
Lumière beach located about 200 meters away is one of the four large family beaches of La Ciotat. This is very popular with families with children because the slight gradient makes swimming easy. Children's activities are also located on the esplanade. This sandy beach has a first aid station open during the summer.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional for a fee and on request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
