30 m from the sea, very large loft of 70 m2 for 2 people, with wooden floor and large terrace under an arbour (shaded in summer and sunny in winter), ideal to come and recharge your batteries in a beautiful cove on the blue coast.
La Madrague de Gignac is a unique place on the Mediterranean coast, with its atmosphere of cabanons and authentic living. The calanque is a world apart. It's close to civilization, yet you feel you're somewhere else: a great respect for others, and a great sense of conviviality.
This large gîte is ideal for swimming, hiking and diving. (on site)... But also to visit the great sites of Provence all around.
Cote Bleue train station 10 minutes' walk away, Marseillle-Provence airport and Aix-en-Provence TGV station 20 minutes' drive away.

Okay aber mit Mängeln

Zunächst das Positive: Die Unterkunft ist nah zum Meer gelegen, ruhig, die Terrasse ist groß, man hat Privatsphäre, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage arbeitet zuverlässig.Nicht so toll: Alles ist etwas alt und wacklig. Das Fenster der Küche ging nicht auf (zugeschraubt und versperrt) was beim kochen relativ unpraktisch ist. Das Badezimmer hat eine merkwürdige Aufteilung: Die Toilette ist seperat, man geht durch zwei Türen neben dem Bett aber sie ist innenliegend mit einem Loch in der Wand zum eigentlichen Bad. Könnte man sicher irgendwie besser lösen, ist auch alt. Die Dusche hat keine Aufhängung für die Handbrause. Fliesen sind teilweise brüchig. Es gibt keine Mosquito Netze oder Ähnliches. Ingesamt braucht dieses Objekt etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Wenn alles funktionieren würde, wäre der Preis vielleicht eher gerechtfertigt.

Freundliche Franzosen

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Sie hat sich immer gemeldet, wenn wir eine Frage hatten, und versucht, Lösungen zu finden. Die Ausstattung (Handtücher, Besteck und Geschirr) hätte etwas moderner sein können. Die Scheiben waren so gut geputzt, dass ich einmal gegen eine Glastür gelaufen bin :-). Das Waschbecken ist echt cool: Durchsichtig.Die Beschreibung des Objekts klang liebevoll und einladend. Die Nachbarn und überhaupt alle Franzosen waren sehr freundlich, höflich und haben versucht, sich gut mit uns zu verständigen. Dass wir am Wochenende mit unserem Auto an den Wachposten vorbei in die Siedlung fahren konnten, gab uns ein VIP-Gefühl. Zum Kontakt mit der Agentur und zur Genauigkeit des Inserats kann ich nichts sagen, deshalb habe ich den mittleren Stern angeklickt.

Emplacement et appartement superbes

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans un cadre superbe.Le logement très bien agencé, lumineux, dans lequel il ne manque rien,à proximité des calanques.Nous avons pu visiter Marseille et Cassis ainsi que faire une belle marche le long du sentier des douaniers tout proche, la vue était superbe.La terrasse attenante au logement est très appréciable. Un seul bémol : l'isolation acoustique,nos voisins juste au dessus étaient très bruyants, peut être ajouter une consigne aux locataires : pensez après 22h30 aux autres locataires. Mais à part ce point le reste était parfait.

Très bon emplacement

Très belle découverte de cette région méconnue. Appartement spacieux à la déco très agréable avec meubles chinés et de bon goût. Accès aux diverses activités facile, le train à proximité est un vrai plus. C'est dommage que la chambre et les sanitaires ne soient pas isolés de la pièce à vivre alors qu'au vu de la surface c'est tout à fait possible par une verrière ou autre. La literie était très bonne mais mériterait un 160 ou 180, il y a la place et c'est beaucoup plus agréable pour des nuits réparatrices de vacances. Pas mal de choses sont abimées dans la vaisselle ou le mobilier de jardin. Fond de maison quasiment nul, pas de sel, sucre, huile, vinaigre, moutarde, sopalin, 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette, pas de produit ménager pour le sol...la base il me semble... Par contre nous déplorons la gestion du bien. Aucune trace de la propriétaire ni de l'organisme de gestion!!...Ni à l'arrivée, ni au cours du séjour, ni au départ. Nous nous sommes installés sans voir personne, nous avions pour consigne de les appeler, ce qui a été fait, mais personne ne s'est déplacé. J'ai rappelé le lendemain parce que nous étions littéralement envahis de fourmis et il n'y avait plus de produit, je leur en ai conseillé un autre plus efficace qui se trouve en magasin de bricolage, on m'a répondu assez désagréablement, et personne ne s'est déplacé pour régler le pb.... Pas de préparation au départ par un sms ou un appel, j'avais donné notre heure de départ le jour de l'arrivée, nous avons fait un super ménage (sans produit pour le sol et un aspirateur qui n'aspirait rien du tout....) et avons fini par partir sans voir personne!!...j'ai laissé 10€ en liquide pour 5 nuits à 2 et un mot...et depuis nous n'avons jamais été rappelés. Première fois que cela nous arrive malgré de nombreuses locations. A part cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel endroit. En espérant avoir répondu à vos attentes.
