The house has been renovated and transformed into 4 spacious vacation apartments (IUP758, IUP759, IUP760 and IUP761). Enjoy the quiet location and panoramic views of the surrounding area. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue. The pool and sun terrace are for communal use. IUP758 has a large private veranda with barbecue for pleasant outdoor meals. Distances: 1.6 km grocery stores, 7 km Marsciano (stores of all kinds), 10 km Deruta (very famous for its pottery), 20 km Perugia, 30 km Assisi.
