Recently built (October 2016), the villa features a fresh, well proportioned interior furnished with taste and functionality, that includes a large living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom.
All on one level, this cosy house comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside the villa is surrounded by a well kept garden, whilst the beautiful private pool is at the rear of the property.

The location of Villa Rita is also ideal for exploring the charming surrounding area. The salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve are all a few kilometres away.
