This is the largest home on the property, making it ideal for families, multi-generational groups, wedding parties, and friends traveling together who want room to gather while still enjoying comfort and privacy.
The home blends classic mountain character with modern conveniences and easy access to estate amenities, outdoor spaces, and optional on-site dining located nearby.
Property Layout & Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire Stines House, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, porch, and outdoor seating areas associated with the home.
Guests may also enjoy shared outdoor areas across the estate, including walking areas, fire pits, and lawn games. Optional dining and event spaces are located near the entrance of the property and are clearly separated from the home.
Interaction with Guests
Self check-in is provided. We’re available by message if assistance or recommendations are needed while respecting your group’s privacy. Staff may be present near the entrance during food service hours or scheduled events.

Stine House
With this 7brs and 4 bath house, 5 adult couples had plenty of room for sleeping, eating and game playing. Dinner in the little chapel, prepared by Joe's food truck was amazing. Perfect location. We'll be back again and again.

The property and house are beautiful. Joe is incredibly attentive and kind. We had a wonderful stay and were delighted to share dinner one evening at Joe’s mobile kitchen!
