Boasting a view of the sea, Villa Bon Viure is located in Marratxí and impresses guests with its expansive outdoor area. The spacious 450 m2 house stretches over 3 floors and consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in every room), fans (in all of the bedrooms), a washing machine, a television, children's toys, a safe and a fireplace. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, a covered terrace, an open terrace, a barbecue, a balcony, a pool and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area has everything you need for a relaxing holiday - chill out on the sun loungers with a good book or enjoy a barbecued meal on the terrace. In 6-10 minutes walking you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest supermarket is a 22-minute walk or 7-minute drive away. This is the ideal accommodation for golf enthusiasts as golf courses Puntiro and Son Gual can both be reached in under 15 minutes by car. The centre of Palma de Mallorca is also under 20 minutes away driving where you can enjoy the sights or spend the day at one of the beaches. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport is a 16-minute drive away (3.9 km).

The Perfect Villa Experience

My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. The pool was pristine, and we enjoyed lounging in the living room listening to music. What you see is what you get and then some - we couldn't rave more about the beauty of this home. Matilde was one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was extremely responsive, attentive, and gracious, as she gave us a tour of the property and checked in with us regularly during our stay. You are in great hands if you book with her. The chickens and turtles were a nice little bonus to an amazing villa, which is perfect for groups of 8-10 people!

Beautiful big house with everything you need

We had a group of 9 adults staying here and it was absolutely perfect. Matilde was a wonderful host who was so helpful with extra requests like booking transfers. You will need a car staying here as it is out of town, but the home is perfect for having a dinners at home with the stunning views over Palma. 10 out of 10!
