The worst staff and stay, they made me forget my ID at the front desk very rude and unprofessional staff

My room was great. The property itself is well located and very pleasing.

Good property in Marrakech. A little further away from Medina but a 20-25min wall which is doable. Great pools, great fitness center, large property. A wonderful retreat away from the Medina. Plus there is a good size mall connected to it where you can get drinks, snacks and lunch easily and cheaply.

nice hotel close to the market and other areas. The only issue was there was no airconditioning when we went in December and it was extremely and uncomfortably warm at night. Breakfast was excellent.

Terrible service, way overbooked at breakfast. Guy who helped us get a taxi to the airport told us a fare that was way higher than it should have been.

Hotel is beautiful and its location is perfect but receptionists need more training and etiquettes.

In a nut shell.... Nora an absolute sweetheart... Management cold ... 11:15 pm b 4 settling in for the night I noticed sliding doors to deck of suite not lockable .. Called front desk... X2 told to pack up ....Took an hour or so for anyone to show than another hour to find a room ... Than doors didn't work in that room either... Another room door not work there... Said they'd someone up to fix ... It's almost 3 am and a sweet young man who works at hotel & as confused as I fixed it... Upon check out I get a bill for local taxes for the 5 night stay... I suggested the least they could do was cover those taxes which by the way were minimal maybe a 1/4 of a 1 night stay... Manager came out.... Tried to tell me Expedia wants that tax... I explained my understanding is that local taxes unless stated are pd at the property.. .. Due to the property .. Told him I had no room for almost 4 hrs till 3 am...I might add I was traveling alone if had had someone with me may not have been that big a deal... I lock my deck doors in my own home at night....I did ask after listening to him rant...is there something wrong with you..?. He stormed off into his office never to be seen again... But the staff who saw this ... Said this is normal behavior... They it seems not to impressed by their supervisor... All I could think of was a toddler having a temper tantrum ..other issues as well.... It's like a shiny red apple ... Looks beautiful until you bite into it and find its rotten on the insid

Generally a good hotel, with a few rather serious flaws. One, finding a waiter or waitress around the pool or even standing AT the pool bar takes a half hour to an hour. Staff in the pool area is practically non-existent. Worse, they aggressively enforce a policy of no outside food or drink. We thought they were searching our bags as a security precaution... no, they were looking for "inappropriate" fruit and drinks from the grocery store. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, never seen a hotel with a policy like this. Rather ridiculous.

It was very good hotel and very good condition .close to everything I recommend this hotel to everyone

Security at the front door demanded to check my girlfriends bag upon our return from simply just going next door to buy a bottle of water. The bag checks were not a problem until we saw other patrons going through the door with their bags unchecked. We complained to the front desk staff who believed it to be employees. They were dressed like party goers, so this was not likely. This practice was uncomfortable, unnecessary and inconsistent for some. If you enter the hotel through the via the mall. You are never asked by the solitary guard stationed there for anything except your hotel key card. I very much feel like she was being profiled.

Terrible service, way overbooked at breakfast. Guy who helped us get a taxi to the airport told us a fare that was way higher than it should have been.

unbelievable lack of care
