Riad Livia is an absolute gem in the heart of Marrakech and one of the most memorable places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a calm, elegant atmosphere. The design is stunning, the rooms are immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The courtyard and rooftop terrace are especially magical. What truly sets Riad Livia apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Whether it’s offering helpful recommendations, arranging transport, or simply making you feel welcome, their kindness makes all the difference. Breakfast is another highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The location is ideal as well: quiet and serene, yet close enough to the main attractions to explore Marrakech with ease. Location: the Riad Livia is tucked away in the old Medina, just enough to be a peace haven but one only has to walk 5min to be immersed in the bustling walking streets of Marrakech, with the souk and the Jemaa-al-fna equidistant (15min walk). The taxi drop off/pick up is also very close. Our room (the suite) was of good size, with great decorations and charms. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and generous to our taste. We would also recommend dining there. We did it for our first night and in the lovely settings of the Riad, it really set the scene for our break in Marrakech. The menu was full of flavour and generous. And the hospitality was fantastic. Youssef, Seymour and the team were real stars, professional, friendly.

4 jours de bonheur dans le riad livia chambre fountain. L'accueil et le service sont excellents. Merci à la disponibilité et et la grande gentillesse de mohamed, youssef et toute l'équipe. Les lieux sont magiques, magnifiques et faits dans un goût exceptionnel. Le rooftop est génial et la petite piscine très agréable. J'ai passé un séjour de rêve et je reviendrai. Juste un point pour les futurs arrivants, il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant à l'extérieur. Des travaux dans la rue en face ont un peu gâché le silence appréciable. L'excellent repas et le petit-déjeuner gourmands font totalement oublier les petites déconvenues.

Great riad, would like to return

Only stayed one night while passing through but we would certainly return. Lovely little riad with excellent service, room was beautiful. We really appreciated the fact we were given some breakfast on the morning we left even though we were leaving before breakfast had officially started.

Best advice is to make sure that the taxi driver and the receptionist talk together before you arrive. You will NOT find the rihad on your own in the dark. The riad itself is perfect, and the staff is 10/10.
