We loved this riad - the location is superb, only 2 minutes walk to the main square, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff here could not do enough to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable. The riad is very pretty, with a much needed plunge pool in the courtyard and a fabulous roof terrace for sunbathing. The breakfast were delicious and plentiful and the Hammam and massage services were excellent, at a very reasonable extra cost. We felt safe and very well looked after in this calm and quiet riad. We would definitely return and recommend. 5 stars and great value!

Please be aware that when you stay at a Raid, your airport transport cannot drive all the way to the Raid. So you will have to pay a man in a wheel barrow to take your suitcase the rest of the way. The staff at the Raid Les Bougainvillers were very helpful, the room and bathroom was very clean. and was also cleaned every day. However the breakfast was not very impressive, a few pancakes/bread with butter and jam. Some fresh strawberries, tea/coffee. My stay here was just ok.

We had a marvellous time! Khalid was great and helpful!! We only had dinner the first night at the hotel, but it was the best meal of our stay!! We booked a trip to the Ourika valley through the hotel and the guide/driver Lashim (Unsure of the spelling ) was fantastic! The transfer is recommended seeing that first time the Road might be hard to find. The breakfast was nice even though as North Europeans we prefer a bit saltierfood for breakfast ;-) but I really liked the bread and the Moroccan pancakes! An the lady in the Hammam was wonderful! Loved the treatment and recommend it!!! We where a group of friends but it works for all types of groups

We stayed in this Riad as part of our honeymoon and it was a very good decision. The place is decorated in a traditional and sober way. We really enjoy it. The rooms are very confortable and they staff is very nice as well. I one saw some points to improve: there is no hair dryer in the rooms, there is no water to drink in the rooms (not even a bottle) and they only gave us a small bar of soap the first night we arrive.

When we were looking for our vacation in Marrakech, we had two accommodation options at our disposal - a 5-star resort outside of town and Riad Les Bouganvilliers right inside the bustling Media. And I could not be happier with our decision to stay at the riad. Located halfway between Place Jamaa el-Fna and Place Bab Mellah, it has a perfect location for discovering Marrakech. All of the important landmarks are merely couple of minutes of walk and so are the souks and numerous restaurants. The riad itself is located on a quiet side street, offering a safe haven from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The rooms are located around two courtyards that are crowned with flowering Bougainvilleas, with common areas on the ground floor - a breakfast room, a salon and a small pool. The colourful zellij tilework around the riad is truly beautiful. The rooms are one of the biggest I have seen, they are beautifully decorated, comfortable, with ample storage and very well maintained. The bathrooms have also all the modern conveniences with distinctive Moroccan decorations. The breakfast was a Moroccan affair - with a variety of breads and pancakes, butter, delicious fruit jams and honey, fresh fruits and hard-boiled eggs. Topped with mint tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The food was simple, but hearty and very tasty. I will certainly never forget your m'semen. Please, send me a recipe :)) Riad's crowning glory is its staff - both Moncef and Yasin - and also their wonderful team of ladies who made us our breakfast and kept our rooms clean. They are all very polite and very helpful. Both Moncef and Yasin speak very good English and much better French than I do. They helped us with everything we needed and we felt like we were in good hands. Whether you travel with friends, family or as a couple - this is a perfect place for a Marrakech base-camp.

Excellent and such nice personel. Cleaning good. Food evenings bettet Tham most restaurants out. I would not say that one could call it a pool. More like small tub. We are very satiesfied with our stay!!!

The riad is very well located! It is really quiet and central! very secure to walk back during the night and service is great. Superb breakfast condition and plenty information about the city. Be aware at the time you arrive because the taxi drives do not go to the hotel. Negotiate the price with the people will help you with the luggage trough the little streets. Google maps works perfectly and helps a lot once around the souks.

We stayed in a family suite in August 2017. It was beautiful and clean. The children enjoyed the pool, which was just outside our room. The riad is beautiful and has a lovely terrace. Breakfast was good. The staff (especially Moncef) were really nice - they allowed us to treat the riad like our own home. The location was really good too - felt very safe, even late at night. Hanan was a lovely, friendly cleaner and Yasin (the night manager) also looked after our needs well.

So happy I booked this special place!! The people, the service, the rooms, location, EVERYTHING was PERFECT and beautiful. Best possible location. Delicious breakfasts, the staff helped book excursions, guides, airport transfers. A true oasis.

What a lovely place, perfect location, clean big rooms, great breakfast, and the staff so so nice. This place is right in the center of the old town, so if you are looking for real Marrakesh, then this is it. Highly recommend.
