Comfortable enough for short stay

It was a great stay. The host was replying to all my queries. The staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was simple but could request for fried egg or omellete. We had dinner ( pre ordered) when we arrived as it was late, we had Beef Tajine which was delicious.Although our room is not as great, it was comfortable enough to sleep. The place is about 20-30 mins walk to the main city. But there are loads of taxis around just learn how to negotiate with the price. I would advise to arrange transport with the riad as it can be difficult to find for the first time.

Localizacion compleja. DifĂ­cil de encontrar. Colchones incĂłmodos y con ropa de cama con restos de pelos. Olor indeseable, a cloaca en la habitaciĂłn. No existe el Transfer desde el aeropuerto, aĂșn siendo avisado sobre la hora del vuelo. Taxi, mĂĄs pĂ©rdida en el entramado de callejuelas me supuso 300 MAD (1'00 am) hora local. L’hĂŽtel est mignon et authentique Ă  5 minutes du souk et 25/30 m’ Ă  pied de la place Jama El fna. Le personnel est adorable et bienveillant malgrĂ© la barriĂšre de la langue. Point nĂ©gatif si vous ĂȘtre au rez de chaussĂ©e, vous entendez tout ce qu’il se passe dans la cours. Dommage Ă©galement au moment du paiement, le gĂ©rant nous a interpellĂ© durant notre petit dĂ©jeuner pour nous donner la note. Ce qui devait ĂȘtre un cadeau ne l’était plus. D’un point de vu gĂ©nĂ©ral c’est un super hĂŽtel que je recommande !

Bonjour, Ce Riad est une bonne expĂ©rience, les personnels sont accueillants. Les petits-dĂ©jeuners et dĂźners de qualitĂ© ainsi que les Ă©quipements. Un soin de 2 heures agrĂ©able (hammam massage) pour un prix correct. Transport aĂ©roports assurĂ© par le Riad ce qui est trĂšs pratique. Merci d'ailleurs pour le taxi Ă  04h15 pour notre retour Ă  l'aĂ©roport. Attention le Riad se trouve vraiment dans le cƓur de la MĂ©dina, il faut sortir pour profiter de la ville.

This Riad is a little bit of paradise. The staff were excellent and rescued us twice when we became lost in the Medina. The room was the very nice with windows and a french door that opened to a wonderful rooftop terrace.

Homely Riad, Great Friendly Staff!

Riad is comfortable, location has a very local feel, not many tourists and only 15-20 mins walk to Medina centre. Free WIFI not the best, however we were out every day so did not make a fuss. The staff are the best attributes and we recommend having dinner prepared by the Riad since we found that their meal was one of the best tasting we had in Marrakech! Also, best to book an airport transfer with Riad as it is not easily found if not familiar with area.

Riad trÚs mal situé, sentiment d'insécurité permanent, couplé à limpossibilite de manger sur place si vous n'avez pas prévenu de votre désir le matin. (?!) Le gérant nous a insulté copieusement en arabe lorsque nous avons voulu lui demander de commander un taxi. Le reste du personnel est trÚs agréable, et le riad est joli. Rapport qualité prix correct.

Location superbe dans un quartier populaire, un personnel accueillant et trĂšs aidant pour tous vos dĂ©placements et excursions. Spa super aux tarifs abordables . Manque un peu de flexibilitĂ© si l'on veut diner ou dejeuner au Riad (il faut prĂ©venir tres en amont), et petit dejeuner qui pourrait ĂȘtre mieux si buffet plutĂŽt que service Ă  table .. autrement tres bon sĂ©jour avec une Ă©quipe top !
