Perfect Moroccan stay

Absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Capaldi. The Moroccan hospitality was out of this world. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning was delicious. Beautifully peaceful oasis in the midst of the chaotic medina.

This is a lovely, traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina. It is very conveniently located and walking distance to the main square, several museums/attractions, and many great eateries. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was beautifully decorated and was very clean. Breakfast was freshly prepared daily. The air conditioning in the room was not the best and we were there during very hot time. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Marrakech and wanting a wonderful, authentic experience!

Having stayed two night at Riad Capaldi , we transferred to Hotel Capaldi which was a very tranquil hotel , circa 40km from central Marrakech . While the staff & the mgt’s attitude to the service quality was excellent, the location of the property & the accessibility has major issues. About 500 m walk on uneven surface, through crowded, dirty & confusing allies from taxi drop off point to the hotel is just not an ideal for a tourist in a new place. Particularly in the evening when dark felt very unsafe walking around. I am surprised these issues were not highlighted by previous travellers.
