The Riad Ariha is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the medina which we really appreciated - it was a bit quieter and more subdued. The riad is beautiful - all white walls with splashes of color. Our bathroom was amazing! I've never seen anything like it! And our room was huge! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
In this riad, we were offered not only the most comfortable and relaxing accomodation but also the nicest and the most welcoming staff. Both Khalid and Lubna did everything to make us feel home. Although the location was a bit hard to find in the beginning, we figured it out quite easily by the help of the staff. They even gave us a cell phone with credit to call the riad in case we needed.
We had a lovely stay at this peaceful Riad. There are only 5 rooms, we stayed in the Jasmine Room, the bigger one of the two on the upper floor. The room was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The downstairs rooms on the ground floor were lovely but it’s worth opting for the upstairs rooms if you want more privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us tips how to be streetwise around the souqs, which was much appreciated. The architecture and interior decoration of this Riad were enchanting and the staff very friendly and helpful.
I had organised a holiday for my mother and me and wanted to book something that would please her as well as me. The Riad looked perfect for my budget and for two female travellers. Everything was perfectly coordinated before our arrival and we felt in safe hands. I first messaged with Lubna and she helped me arrange day trips, transfers, cooking classes and everything went smoothly. And we also didn't expect the punctuality of everyone - we were very impressed. The rooms we stayed in was very beautifully furnished and clean. It was also very nice to sit in the courtyard and have a break from the hustle and bustle of the city or so sit on the sunny rooftop terrace an read a book.
Loubna and Khadeeja were the stars of our 2-day stay in this Riad. They were warm and welcoming. Loubna came along to shop with us in the medina (ensuring we didn't pay more than we should) while Khadeeja offered us an unforgettable hammam experience and cooked the most delicious welcome dinner. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and all overlook the courtyard. There is a little pool that allows you to soak your feet after a long day walking through Marrakech. Thank you! Shukran!
We stayed for a week in riad Ariha. It is a delightful place to relax in amidst the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The staff were wonderful and went out their way to help . Khalid even walked us to a nearby restaurant one evening and collected us afterwards, because it was hidden away and difficult to find - we would certainly have lost our way without him! We had two delicious evening meals at the riad- I can honestly say the lamb and prune tagine was the best I have ever eaten!and the vegetable tagine sublime. We were extremely happy with our choice of riad. Very close to everything.-although it doesn't feel like it at first because of being in the old part of the city with its complex passages- you soon get usedto it! The room was beautiful, elegant. It was everything we had hoped it would be . Marrakech is an incredible place to visit and the staff and environment at riad Ariha made it extra special.
Riad Ariha provides very comfortable, clean rooms, relaxing common spaces and wonderful meals. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Management provides assistance with getting around the city and the countryside, as well as booking transportation to and accommodations in other cities. One has the feeling of home away from home. Riad Ariha is a must-stay within the Medina (old town), in order to truly experience the people and neighborhoods of Marrakech.
Originally booked the Riad Chi Chi but I was offered this as an alternative to it. I spoke by email to Fatima who was so responsive to my enquiries. The Riad itself is in a quiet residential area Take a while to locate , but hey that's Marakech For you. Once inside the contemporary decor rally make this place perfect for honeymoon and for intimate couples. I would of say this was the best Riad I have stayed in around Marrakech And most of all the staff are all helpful and friendly.
Nice small riad in the medina. Accommodation somewhat basic but clean and in the middle of everything. Breakfast ok, but could be improved. No fruit available etc. Make sure to ask for dinner (which was beautiful and delicious!)to be cooked for you at the riad. Riad has also a nice rooftop area. Abdul and the other guy are very nice and helpful. You also get a phone in case you are lost, and believe me you will get lost!! Please note, there is no option for the taxi to drop you off at the hotel because of narrow streets and you will have to walk to the hotel.
beautiful riad in a calm part of the medina. very friendly and helpful staff taking care of their guests 24/7. we had booked two of the bigger rooms, which is absolutely worth it. breakfast was nice, and the roof top terrace is amazing. the area around the riad is a residential neighborhood, safe and friendly, with a couple of shops nearby.
