Only problem we faced was, there was a power outage at around 6:30 am and it got back by 8:30 am, and it was super cold that day. other than that we loved this place
Great people great help and a very nice building....with character...Google about what Riad means. The neighborhood is a populated one and is close to the main plaza so you can walk. Is not luxurious if is what you want and have in mind the Hyatt.
Staying at this riad was a lovely experience. It really is beautiful, the staff is helpful, and if you're looking for your traditional riad experience in Morocco.....this is definitely a good choice.
the riad is beautiful and clean.the staff super nice and helpful, but needs to communicate better. credit card machine doesnt work for us credit cards. only cash. wifi terrible. i would still return. a true refuge from the tourist traps. a place to relax. beautiful rooftop.food excellent. most visitors dont take advantage of just being mellow. serenity with problematic communication. felt the closest to being in the real morroco than a big hotel.
