Welcome to our private and luxurious Moroccan villa, located in a peaceful part of town. Our luxury villa is ideally located next to the Hotel Selman, on the Route d'Amizmiz, one of the most popular roads in Marrakech. You will also find the Chrifia district nearby, as well as the PSG academy for football lovers.
Our villa is a jewel of traditional Moroccan architecture, with a decoration inspired by 100% Moroccan zellige, creating a unique and authentic atmosphere.
The villa has three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, as well as a large living room, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals. Outside you can enjoy a large garden, a large swimming pool, and a basketball area to spend quality time with your loved ones.
Our villa is also ideally located, just 15 minutes by car from Marrakech airport and 17 minutes from the famous Jemaa el-Fna square. You can easily reach all the main attractions of the city while enjoying a peaceful and exclusive setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
