Cheap and modern hotel, terrible mattress!

Arrived after a long drive from Agadir on the bus. The hotel is a short 5min drive from the bus station which is very handy! We used this hotel as a easy overnight option as we were flying home the following day. The hotel itself is quite modern and everything looks quite new. The room was fine. TV, aircon (which didn't make the room very cold at all). The hardest mattress I've ever slept on in my life which was very uncomfortable!! We ate at the restaurant as we were starving. The food was fine (pasta and soup). This hotel is more like a motel. Cheap, modern and no frills.

Buon albergo a due passi dalla stazione treni

Permanenza breve di una notte. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulito e personale disponibile. Zona periferica, ma a breve distanza dalla bella e moderna stazione dei treni. A piedi si raggiunge un ampio viale lungo i quali ci sono i più grandi hotel ed alberghi di Marrakech e un centro commerciale con molti negozi.

Responsible not satisfying costumer after problem

It is important to be sure to know if the commodities that Hotels.com says it is free that are in fact free. The Hotel responsible even after seing that I received email stating that breakfast was free never took the client side and demanded that I pay the breakfast (4 euros a day). At least, Hotels.com saw that something wasn't right and rewarded me for the incovenience. I think the responsible for the restaurant should have had a better decision towards this problem in order to not have a bad avaliation. Because they didn't I give this hotel a rate 2 or 3 for not satisfying the client.

ich bin oft in Marroko und so ein super sauberes hotel nicht erlebt! also wirklich ab sofort wenn ich nach marrakesch muss, werde mir dort buchen. als ich das gebäude vom aussen sah, hab mich erschrocken! als ich rein ging hab nur WOW gesagt! ich war in der 1. Etage und hatte ne super Wlan super Internet verbindung

Die hotel Adresse stimmte überhaupt nicht hat uns viel zeit und nerven gekostet bis wir das hotel gefunden haben!!! Nie wieder
