Scam!!!!

The hotel does not exist!!!! We went to the indicated place and there was no hotel. When contacting the number on the booking we were told that the hotel was sold 1 year ago and no longer hosts people, she said she had no agreement with hotels.com. 5pm NYE we were stranded in the Agafay desert and had to sleep in the car at 5 degrees outside!!! P.s at the time the hotel was still available to be booked the same night on hotels.com and other platforms. Thanks for ruining our new years trip.
