Worst owner ever do not rent

I came all the way from the US to celebrate 2 events, new year and my friend’s engagement party. Everything in Marrakesh was booked and this lady Françoise cancelled on me last minute because she doesn’t understand English and thought we were going to celebrate in her apartment when I clearly told her in my message her place will only be used to sleep, no guests no parties and sleepovers.
