Great stay

Great stay in this accommodation! The apartment looks great, it is very clean and all of the appliances are brand new. Both beds are big and have very comfortable mattresses and linnen. The kitchen has a great coffee machine! I very much recommend this accommodation

Die Kommunikation und der Checkin-Prozess war aufgrund technischer Probleme beim Vermieter / FeWo sehr schwierig. Das kann passieren und der Vermieter hat sich hierfür auch mehrfach entschuldigt. Leider war aber die Beschreibung und die Fotos der Wohnung nicht vollständig, denn nirgendwo war ersichtlich, dass die Deckenhöhe bei den Schlafgelegenheiten weniger als 140 cm beträgt. Ich kenne wenige Erwachsene, welche kleiner sind. Hierauf wurde auch in anderen Rezessionen bereits hingewiesen, leider hat sich nicht geändert. Insofern eine unzureichende Beschreibung für eine an sich sehr schöne und liebevoll gemachte Wohnung. Hätte ich vorher vom Zustand der Wohnung Kenntnis gehabt , wäre es nicht zu einer Buchung gekommen.Vor diesem Hintergrund ist auch der Preis unangemessen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist gemütlich und modern, alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut für viele Wander- und Badeausflüge in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war nett und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung auf herrlich urigem Hof

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und es hat wieder alles prima geklappt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und auf dem schönen Balkon sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie schon letztes Jahr haben wir wieder mit unseren Urlaubsfreunden einen schönen Grillabend im Garten verlebt. Der Hof ist sehr schön gelegen und in dem idyllischen Garten sitzt man gerne zusammen.

Objektillusionen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Einige Illusionen aus der Objektbeschreibung sind jedoch nicht vorhanden. Keine 100m von der stark frequentierten B 305 entfernt liegt die Ferienwohnung inmitten der Natur, wobei der Verkehr Tag und Nacht die dominantere Wahrnehmung beinhaltet. Bevor die FeWo betreten werden kann, gilt es mit Gepäck und Hund erstmals eine steile und enge aussenliegende Blechgitterwendeltreppe zu nehmen. Der Weg von dort zur Dachwohnung führt dann über eine weitere offene Holztreppe nach oben. Allein mit dieser Kenntnis wäre die Auswahl der FeWo schon gescheitert. Die schönen Tragbalken in der Wohnung behindern gleichzeitig den Zugang zu den Räumen dahinter. Die freie Durchgangshöhe liegt bei abenteuerlichen bzw. unzumutbaren 140cm im Schlafzimmer. In einer neu renovierten Wohnung sind Turnereien über Betten, Sofa und Stühle zum Betätigen manueller Dachfenster nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Störend sind auch die 5cm hohen Bodenunterschiede zwischen Flur und den Räumen untereinander. All diese Mängel erwartet man in dieser Preisklasse nicht. Das ist wohl auch der Grund warum sie in der Objektbeschreibung fehlen.

Familienurlaub in Marquartstein

Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Geschmackvolle Wohnungen in einem alten Bauernhaus (wir hatten eine andere Wohnung als die hier angegebene, Tausch mit unseren Freunden). Zum schönen Chiemsee-Strand in Übersee ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Auf dem angrenzenden Feld hinter dem Hof sind wir zweimal einem Reh begegnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schöner Sommerurlaub in Bayern
