This place is exceptionally clean Katie on the front desk was exceptionally friendly and the communication was good. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure …as there is none. Great location and easy to get around close to Coffee shops and restaurants

A well located apartment in central Maroochydore close to Sunshine Plaza and beaches We had a minor issue with beds which was sorted promptly. The apartment is well appointed with good views and importantly very clean

A great concept but poor execution

The apartment block and units seem very nice, but the execution of the experience was quite poor. Dreadful check in experience with an outsourced call centre demanding every personal detail under the sun to let you into the building late at night, to a dirty and smelly bathroom in addition to many other niggles in the apartment including a floor lamp which only worked sometimes, it seems the apartments are being let down by those who manage them. Passable if you get a good deal. Also a shame as the location is very good, nice to be able to walk to the shopping centre. Just to clarify also for anyone else not familiar with the area, the aforementioned rhythm isn't particularly near the beach.
