We stayed for one night en route to Italy. A clean and compact room. Bath and shower with separate WC. Shampoo and shower gel provided. A modern style sink with sloping sides! Tea/coffee and various fruit infusions provided. Good hot water and good strong wi-fi. This is a Le Accor hotel if you're part of their loyalty programme. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the hot food was "hot"! There's a Carrefour, a MacDonalds and other restaurants nearby.

We had an overnight stay with a coach party on our back from Italy. It is situated by a large industrial park with similar type of hotels just off the motorway with a large car park. On entering the hotel first impressions were good, the Reception area was clean, spacious and bright. The bedrooms are a decent size, quiet and with clean crisp bedding, towels, tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, sufficient hanging and drawer storage for an overnight stay. The selection of food at breakfast was good with bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs as well as the usual continental selection. For an overnight stay this hotel is quite adequate.

This Novotel is ideally suited for a UK traveller for an overnight stop in France before continuing to Calais for the return back to the UK. It is situated close to the main autoroute to the north west of the centre of Reims and thus ideal for an early getaway for the Channel ports. The rooms are quiet and one can park one's car close to a door near one's room for easy access since the internal corridors are long. The hotel has a restaurant service good diners.

Receptionist was not helpful.Given room on second floor after explaining difficulties with stairs. There is no elevator. No offer of help.TV not working properly but told the man who knew how to fix it was not available. Bare minimum of toiletries (soap, shower gel etc) Restaurant service slow. Novotel asks a premium over many other chains. It is not worth it.

1 night stay between south and north of France. Like Always at Novotel great quality and welcome. Beds were very comfortable, family room was wide and Breakfast was top ! Thanks a lot. We greatly recommend this hotel !

This is normal Novotel standard. A convenient place to stay to break a journey. Clean and comfortable but not luxury. Good restaurant. Swimming pool. Plenty of parking. The bar is rather small but they will serve drinks outside on the terrace by the pool. Child friendly but can be quite noisy if parents do not keep children under control. Dogs welcome.

We stayed here twice during the summer - once at the end of July and again at the end of August. We managed to find a good parking spot on both occasions, checked in efficiently and both times we had very good rooms. The first stay was one night in an Executive room, and we appreciated all the little extras in the well appointed, spacious room. The second visit was in a Superior room and it was just as comfortable. We slept well in the large comfortable beds as the rooms were laid out in such a way as to minimise the amount of noise that comes from the corridor. We hope to return.

Lovely hotel on outskirts of Reims. We stayed 2 adults and 2 children. Room very nice. Pool provided a welcome dip after a hot day touring champagne. Breakfast very nice. Location just at the start of the champagne road tour

A really convenient stop over, either going to or returning from the channel ferry ports or tunnel. Lots of car parking and a very convenient large supermarket across the road in case you need to stock up on the way. We stayed B&B so cannot comment on evening meal, however breakfast buffet was good with plenty of selection. Small outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard if you need a dip after a long drive. Would stay again!

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it has become one of our favourites....Always a very high standard of rooms, but this year we were allocated room 225, and if you're a light sleeper DO NOT have this room. It is situated directly above a plant room, which I think serves the pool...filters etc, and there is a continual hum all night...which kept me awake!!!. Not sure who Novotel aim their restaurant menu at...but both my wife and I found it less than inspiring, so as usual we ate at the Courtepaille next door where there is a much better choice and the drinks are far more reasonable....1/2 lire of red wine I think about 12 euros...as opposed to the cheapest bottle of wine at the Novotel about 26 euros!!..(think from memory this was right)...With all this in mind , we will continue to stay at this hotel...the rooms are spotless, staff are superb and the service are first class...shame though we find it necessary to walk next door to eat!!!!!!
