Stayed between 19th July - 26th July 2017 2 adults and 2 children (age 13 & 5) Good Points: Fantastic location by the beach and a 2 minute walk and your on the main road where you will find shops and restaurants. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful at the hotel, Jack who works in the spa/gym was very helpful and friendly. We booked a interconnecting room, rooms were spacious and were cleaned to a decent standard. Our room was towards the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy at night. Shower room was pleasant, shower was powerful, please note no kettle in room - however hot/cold drinks are available throughout the day downstairs in the dining room. Water park next door to hotel and a soft play area for kids (is separate from hotel and costs are extra). Bad points: Did not really enjoy the food - but that can be down to personal preference. Food was quite basic, soup, rice, pasta and chips everyday with a saucy curry which was different most days, not a huge choice at breakfast same everyday, so family skipped breakfast everyday was not worth waking up early for, after a 2 days we began eating out, so i would advise you carefully consider whether all inclusive or half board or bed and breakfast is the best option for you. Eating out is not expensive. There was nothing in the hotel for kids to do, no play area (kids club), and the pool for kids is quite small with no slides. No entertainment at all in the evenings The main pool is way to deep for kids and i could not touch the bottom with my feet. The beach is not sandy it is a stone beach, sun beds are taken quite early in the day. The bar/food place is additional cost. We were all inclusive - but i found this very unusual - fridge was never topped up with water bottles in the week we were there - so we purchased our own from the shop, when we did go down to ask for water bottles - we were told there is a charge, but a few times when we asked for water bottles they gave them free (different staff each time behind the bar)- they need to make clear what is included in all inclusive or train their staff behind the bar - and The hotel should give more information about the menu in advance and also times when food will be served and exactly what is included in all inclusive. Overall i would recommend this hotel if you are not travelling with kids, its ok for couples or a group of friends or you just prefer a small quite hotel with a great location. I hope my review helps if you want to know anything please ask. Have a great holiday. Marmaris a fantastic place.
staff are super friendly especially Shoukour the receptionist. this is my second stay in this hotel. location is super nice but the hotel used to be much better. everything was fair. food is delicious just they need to clean the hotel much better. Location and staff are superb
It is a small but good hotel. Its location is very good. Staff are very helpful Especially SUKUR was very nice and smiling and helpfull. Thanks to him ... If lunch and dinner time be more it´s better.
We a family of 4 stayed here for one week as half board. The location of this hotel is superb. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and we found they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.
Personally I think this should be made an adult only hotel, as they have a small paddling pool! but the main pool is all one depth, not great for children (I like to know I can touch the bottom, and I couldn't. ) Great location, short walk along the beach front to bars/restaurants, plenty of shops out of the front of the hotel. It is only a small hotel (64 rooms) Not alot of choice at meal times, but we always found something to eat, (others did not like the food at all) The staff were friendly,(some spoke English) but we were a group of 4 women! and even had a marriage proposal lol. We found it relaxing and really enjoyed ourselves, would we go back there? Yes definitely but not with children. Rooms are basic but clean, we had a view of the shops and taxi rank, was not noisy, air con in room not great, but these are minor things..
That hotel is not for kids I don't even know why they put for family They rag children's legs shout at them punch walls it's terrible I would not go back there the area was nice just not the hotel some of the ppl there was actually nice but rest horrible
I stayed last week 22-30 th may with mrs and 14 year old and 12 year old. Arrived late on the Monday night via a transfer which we had a break just outside marmaris which was just a ploy to get you spend money in a road side cafe but this is on the beach issue not hotel. The room was an interconnected family room which has built in wardrobe fridge tv and tiny balcony, tv never worked no issue and room cleaned every day, had some suspect wiring for TV which should really be looked at. Food at hotel was appalling and not restocked as the high Russian population seemed to feel the need to pile their plates with all the food put out. Drinks were fine except running out of fizzy drinks twice please do not stay all inclusive at this hotel it is a false economy you will have to eat out be warned even breakfast which is easy they managed to make inedible. Great base for sights and pool area good and would stay again on a room only basis Not good for kids as zero entertainment or even anything for them to do. Staff ok speak little English but work hard Jake the spa fella is good and helpful any will assist with any issues and does a spot on family spa treatment
Due to one British loud mouth drunken behaviour there was tension on war should have been a relaxing break it made me embarrassed to be British for the first time in my life not the hotels fault they were professional and polite at all times I would recommend this hotel very strongly
It was me and my husbands first time in turkey and we found the location great, because it was a min walk to marmaris beach. Their customer service was 10/10, on our first day we had Turkish bath and it was amazing , thanks to sahin, hira and delik they were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and always tidy. We had all inclusive, their food was very nice! There was a lot of shops around where u can do shopping for cheap prices. Over all it was an amazing holiday for us and definitely coming back to marmaris ❤👌🏽
have always wanted to stay in this hotel simply for the views ... now ive done it i can easily say i wouldn't stay again and would stick to the places to stay i know. we paid extra for a deluxe room and my parents had a standard one and i would say the only difference we had in the...
