We have visited this lovely hotel for a weekend escape. .It is a clean hotel. wiew is fantastic if you hire a room on the sea part. seaside is lovely and I guess it is one of the finest part in Marmaris to swim. Breakfast is moderate not bad but it is not a fantastic one either. Transportation to marmaris is very easy;if you love to walk it is about 50 min walk to the center.by car it is a 6-7 min drive.
I've given 2 stars because Rabia (the receptionist) was so helpful, otherwise it would have been 1 star. The tourist season hadn't started yet when we stayed, apparently we were a week early. The pools were empty. The beach looked nothing like it did in the photos - all other hotels on the beachfront had their parasols and loungers out, but Orsmaris didn't - although they did put 3 out for us. I asked to buy a drink and was told to go across the road to the shop. The breakfast was pathetic, there are no other words to describe it - 1 piece of salami, 1/2 a slice of cheese, 3 slices of cucumber, 1/2 a tomato, a few olives, a boiled egg and some bread. We went with my 7 year old son and it was definitely not child friendly. We booked this hotel based on reviews and photos, but it didn't live up to expectations. We tried to improve our experience by upgrading after our first night there. Well, at least we got the upgrade payment refunded when we left 6 days early. I do not recommend this hotel.
Excellent hotel, clean and friendly, could not do enough for us. Great views, right on the beach. Central for everything, rooms are just fab. Clean towels and fresh bedding. Room cleaned daily. Will visit again.

Hi every one. we were came for honey moon and here is fantastic. its so close to see side and and comfortable places peoples are so friednly and try to everthink for their guest.. me and my vife will be here for summer holiday. l recoment to every one here.. we love marmaris and örsmaris hotel..
I have stay'd at this so many times that i lost control over how many. Finally i got my own place in town, so i don't use the hotel any more. But i still use this beach and have 2-3 dinners in their restaurant. This because the beach is very good, clean, tidy and have a great staff. They play music, but not very loud. This year half of the staff is new. They all did a good job :-) but i do miss the old staff. This is a place for people who like peace and quiet and a beautiful garden. All the best to all of you, see you next year :-)
We didn't stay here but you can stay on their beach if u have a drink and/or food. Was very well looked after. We drank by our sun-beds and had lunch up at the hotel with a lovely view overlooking the beach. We ordered pizza which I would say was the best I had ever tasted! My husband had a tuna salad which was lovely too and presented artfully with tomato flowers. While we were there we spoke to English people who were staying at the hotel on a B&B basis and they had been returning time and time again. Service excellent and very friendly owners. Would look at staying here for a quiet holiday but also in a good position if you want the busy side of Marmaris beach bars too which is a 20/25 minute stroll away further along the beach. Put 5 stars based on our experience only for lunch and beach and not for staying at the hotel.
We have been coming to marmaris 2 times a year now for about 10yrs so I feel we know our stuff. We have stayed at the Orsmaris hotel several times and even recommended to family who have stayed there several times too. In past the hotel has Been perfect for us, being a couple with grown up kids (now doing there own holidays) we specifically search for hotels that accommodate adults mainly and the fact that this hotel offers a "ADULTS ONLY" pool (clearly signed not prohibited to children under 14yrs) and then having a separate children's pool this suited us brilliantly. Don't get me wrong we're not anti children but if that's what's advertised, that's what you should get. However this happened twice last year too and was worse this year, kids in the adult pool and the child's pool empty. Not only that children were just allowed to wander up from the beach front (whilst parents couldn't care) and come in the pool unsupervised (some even with arm bands on so clearly couldn't swim), they totally spoilt it, noise, running around, littering pool water guns, dive bombing on you whilst your swimming and just generally being annoying in a quite pool whilst there was a perfectly good child's pool empty. Not only that but even parent with children took no notice of this sign (clearly wrote in several languages). After a week of this we voiced our complaint to reception "Rabia", and granted she came out once to inform a lady with a child that no children in that pool, and granted lady moved to child's pool. Only to find next day, back to same again, same child, same parents and more children, with nothing changing or being enforced, We pointed this out again to reception but they didn't seam to want to do anything about it, "shrugged there shoulders", upon talking to other guests they felt the same and though the lack of enforcing rules (that they made) were non existing. So point being why advertise, put signs up then not bother enforcing them. It only takes for an unsupervised child to have an accident, or for someone to be injured by child's stupidity diving on a swimmer. We are not the only people complaining about there was several people staying there had the opinion. For that reason we won't be stay there again, there is plenty other places that are prepared to cater for kids, kids and parents and also adults only wanting no hassle quite time. Like we said we're by no means anti-child but we've been there, seen it, and got the t-shirt, and now it's our time to enjoy relaxing holidays (child free). As for rest of hotel, it's a bit pricy now and I'm sure the hotel prices have risen. Food is lovely and staff ok, but I have to say this place has gone down hill every time we have stayed now, not sure if it's down to management or what but they seriously need to address customer complaints, deal with them and rectify them no matter what they are in order to bring this lovely little two block hotel back to the way it was yrs back when we first stayed there. Having said all that if they sorted out the pool issues with children by maybe staff regular checking it and enforcing the rules of child supervision, child pool and adults pool, we would probably come back, just to us that seriously let it down and annoyed us. It is such a shame as it is a lovely hotel, or used to be.
Just back from another 15 nights holiday at Orsmaris Boutique Hotel, rooms cleaned and bedding and towels changed everyday. It was relaxing lying sun bathing on the beach and in the gardens at pool area and sitting on balcony as we had sea view room. We would booked this hotel again on future holidays to Marmaris.
Been using the Orsmaris Beach for a few years and cannot fault the beach, the view and the the staff at this hotel. We have lunch every day at the beautiful restaurant, the seafood pizza and seafood spaghetti are spot on, really nice place to sit and enjoy the fantastic view. The whole day getting waited on drinks on the beach, lunch at the restaurant is great value for money around £25 for two. I cannot praise this place enough 👍
We visited the Orsmaris last year and had a great time, the staff really looked after us and therefore we wanted to return. Last year I booked direct with the Hotel, never again, I paid nearly 3 times what I paid this year going through a tour Operator who I must say were brilliant 'DialAFlight' for those who have never heard of them, and I will be using them more regularly. On arrival as per normal we were greeted by the reception staff but unfortunately the rooms we wanted in the New Build did not meet our request even though we booked relatively early. We had to pay a supplement for one room, sea view, the room we wanted wasn't ready so they wanted to put us in a room for a day then move. I was actually happy with the room they offered and stayed with it. Didn't want to mess around moving. We knew from last year that the rooms were very quiet and comfortable, no change this year slept very well. They need to sort out the wifi, I could not get it in my room but as soon as I walked in to reception, 10-15 metres away I got it. It offers free wifi, sunbeds etc on the beach but, again you cannot get wifi. Once we had unpacked and met up with our other traveling companions we proceeded to the Bar to meet the guys from last year, to our shock only one remained. We quickly got introduced to the new staff but we found because of the unsettled and sudden change that had happened part way through the season we didn't think that they gave the service that should have been given for a small not really busy Hotel. It must be difficult to keep good staff but the first week was a little disheartening after what we had received the previous year. They had brought in a new Manager who was trying to get things sorted and the second week service was improving and more smiley faces appeared!! Prices go up everywhere, I know as an hotel they need to cover costs, but come on, 21 Turkish Lira for 2 Magnums and another small item (forget what it was) I thought was a rip off. We also asked if we could keep a room on until around 1800 hrs so we could freshen up prior to departure, unfortunately the hotel wanted £50 which I thought was excessive. We've been going to Marmaris for 13 years and we have never been asked to pay, we have always been looked after because it makes sense, keep customers happy they will return. Breakfast was what it said on the brochure, I had freshly coked omelettes, fruit toast etc everyday. That was fine for me, if you wanted more for breakfast then go somewhere that offers more. It was plenty adequate and met my needs until Lunch. Lunch at the Hotel was reasonable, whilst it is hot you cannot be bothered eating great meals so soup, salad or just a sandwich was enough. I did try a Pizza one lunch time which put me off slightly as it was part burnt and too thick. The soups were brilliant, very tasty indeed. One issue that a number of guest were having was around the pool area with regards to screaming children being left to run around the pool and do whatever they wanted with no parental supervision even though there are very visible notices stating children under 14 must be supervised. There was nobody from the hotel taking notice of this, probably if one had injured themselves it would have been noted but, too late. I will be returning to Marmaris next year and probably use the Orsmaris because it's location is great, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, hopefully the staff will remain and become a great team as that is what you want, with a great atmosphere too. Unfortunately that was lacking this year and therefore we did not eat at the hotel in the evening.
