Food was diabolical we were all inclusive and ate out most of the time variety was poor the only food that was hot was an omelette at breakfast time as it was cooked fresh. No variety at breakfast either, I defiantly would not reccomend all inclusive at this hotel. Amigos was our life saver great food and good prices. We had no entertainment at all when I asked where it was got told it was not busy enough maybe when it gets busier, but the holiday was sold to me with entertainment included. Would deffo not stay at this hotel again, resort its self is lovely though and would go back there.
I stayed in the Mirage World with my husband and six other friends and family. We had rooms in the new D block, very nice, large, clean (thanks to our fab cleaning lady Sultan) and with a proper king size bed and large walk in shower. The towels were changed every day. Our room looked straight on to the side of a hill, but it was really quiet. Very pleasant place to be with two bars and three pools. Staff apart from the cleaning lady were efficient, but not very friendly On the down side, the food was dreadful, either tasteless or apparently reheated and the dining room smelt dreadful. To be fair we expected the good to be poor quality. having read reviews and as we got a good deal ate out almost all the time. What we really didn't like was the hotel was closing the day after we left and everything was very obviously being mothballed around us. There should have been a third bar open and the sunbeds were slowly disappearing! It made us feel the staff couldn't wait to rush us out. It must have been worse for another party who arrived later than us to be told they could either stay on in an empty hotel or be moved. So don't expect a full four star hotel service and you won't be disappointed.
Visited mirage world sep 2015 would recommend lovely hotel food average nothing special hotel staff very helpful two large pools always a sunbed to have beach bout 5 minute walk downside 2hr transfer from airport
I had a great wiev of the pool, the mauntains and the forest. It was in tawn but also at the middle of nature minute walk from the famous icmeler beach. As this is a hotel serving for the Russians, Dutch, English and Arabs, I will translate this specific comment. They may find it useful. This is a huge hotel with many guests. Hotel workers are quite helpful but the hotel is worn out and filthy. Especially the hall where food is served is covered with oil. Take a look at the ceiling and vents! You will understand what I mean. Besides these, housekeeping is very poor. I would say the food served is below average though salads and fruit are fairy fresh. Stay away from all kinds of meat served here! A funny thing, they still serve butter tasting margarine in the breakfast in this century... Pathetic!! 😔
Stayed here all-inclusive for a week hotel is lovely and clean the pool area gets busy but plenty of sunbeds . Unfortunately the only thing that lets the hotel down is the food breakfast is not too bad but the rest seems to be upslope they seem to cater for the Russians who are quite happy to push you out the way and fill the paper plates up as if they haven't eaten for months .enjoy are holiday but won't stay here again as had to eat out all the time even the restaurant owners commented how they seem to get a lot of English people from this hotel
A really good hotel in my opinion. Nobody is ever pleased with everything but really very little to moan about. Back for the 2nd time this year and loved every minute. We arrived on the 210th sept (early hours) no hassle. Straight to rooms after booking in. We were in block D (new side) which was really lovely. Massive rooms, queen size beds and even some with Jacuzzis, it's own pool and bar area and nice and quiet. Word on the streets is that it will be an adult only area in block D. Food was fine especially the freshly cooked omelettes and pasta. Pizza and gosmeli also freshly cooked. Plenty of different breads to choose from too. Put it this way, you'll never go hungry. The staff, as usual, BRILLIANT! So helpful and friendly. How they can smile so much with the hours they put in AND deal with vile customers is beyond me! Jacobs hairdressers, still amazing and great value for money. Most of our party had their hair cut/extensions/blow dried and coloured and redone before coming home free of charge! Shout out to Helen who done the nails/feet part of the business, well done kid! Rima Jeweller, fantastic value for money. We bought from them also as their prices are just the same as outside and there's no hassle and such lovely people especially Rima herself! The tattoo place is excellent too (got my first ever one done there this time round) my mum and aunt got eye lining done and are over the moon with the results. Great prices too. The Turkish bath was to die for! The girls knew there stuff! We visited twice, once for the Turkish bath experience and then again for the honey massage too. Really good and again, great prices. They actually fixed a womans' neck who had gone to someone else outside of the hotel and was in pain. The wee shop is also good. As usual, they'll get you what you want. Bar staff, fantastic! If you want to eat out, there are no limits! The Majestic, by the canal does a fantastic meal and entertainment and will pick up/drop off for free. Their food is really, really good. We had a lot of meals there. The Taj Mahal indian, very good too, Champagne bar, also very good. Too many to list here but these are my favourites!. Our chambermaid at the hotel (SULTAN) was excellent! Rooms spotless, towels, toilet rolls, water, never had to ask for anything. She was the best! I hope she's there next time round. Reception staff were good too especially (sorry I've forgotten your name again!) the English girl who works there. Bi-lingual and excelklent at communicating. I also hope you are there next year toots!. Pools are excellent although could be doing with handrails for the more frail/older folks for steadiness. Fridges in rooms not the best but I kept my water at the air conditioning vent and it was freezing! Well done the staff at this hotel! I hope the owner realises your worth! Wage rises all round please owner!!! See you all next year xxx
So this hotel is amazing to look at the pools are nice, the hotel is nice and the rooms are nice too, all staff are friendly and the alcohol on the all inclusive is good. The only down side is the food, they do not cater for the English and the food selection is poor unless u want pizza/pasta/salad every day!! We would visit again but would eat out a lot like we did this year.
This hotel deserves 5 stars because of nice pools (3), children pools and club, entrainement team, bar and green bar (open until 1 A.M.), nice restaurant, clean room. It should be mentioned that it has some weak points too, e.g. you have to pay for safty lock in the room (4$ per day), you cannot find teeth brush and paste in the room; shampoo and soap are not charged every day. Changing of bathroom towels has no regular time.
This hotel on first impression was nice !! Nice pools bar area and rooms all ok. The one thing that let this hotel down was the food quality and the cleanliness of the restaurant and the outside seating area. The food was very much the same everyday. They don't cater for the English. We had to eat out most nights as my two children were hungry. It was like a cattle market in the restaurant morning lunchtime and evening. It is such a shame as this is my fourth time going to turkey in All inclusive hotels and we have always had really good food in the other hotels. But this has put me off now going All inclusive. I will not go back to this hotel. As we had to eat out we did find some lovely restaurants so in future we will book bed and breakfast and eat out. The bar staff were very friendly especially Mehmet Erdem he was lovely and made great cocktails. This hotel was full of Russians who are the most rude and unfriendly and it seems that the hotel caters for them only.
