Calisanlari guleryuzlu ve yardimsever kisilerdi. ote yanda , otelin odasi fotograflardaki gorunen odanin yari buyuklugunde bulunmaktaydi. Tuvalette agir bir koku vardi ve konaklamamiz boyunca bu koku gecmedi. Temizlik olarak vasat bir oteldi. Ayrica, otelin karsisindaki mekanlar bulunmasindan dolayi odalar cok gurultuluydu. Gece 3 ve 4e kadar gurultuler kesilmedi.

Five star business

Akyaka is an amazing place to visit with so much to offer. Mandalin Hotel is right at the center of one of the active streets. The management is so friendly and was helpful the entire time. It is safe and clean. If you can get one of the front rooms, you can sit in the balcony and watch the street while drinking your beer. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel is located very well, central location, but not too busy and noisy, close to the river and the restaurants. We’ve thought that the breakfast is next to the river, but it wasn’t.. It is written that the hotel located near to free parking, which is not exact information - not near, and not free at all..

I could not even stay! The recepsionist could not find my reservation although I prepaid through hotels.com His communication skills were unsuccessful. I was on the road for hours and arrived at 20.15, he said my reservation confirmation has not dropped into his system. Most probably he did not check his emails frequently. If you prepay to book a room at Mandalin make sure they also think the same way!

Tesisten çok memnun kaldık gerek lokasyon gerek personel ilişkileri olarak. Odalar da temizdi ve genişti. Tek sorun otopark var gözüküyor. Tesise ait otopark yok ama kötü bir zamana denk gelinmezse park yeri bulunuyor.
