Nothing open. No pier, air con, swimming pools, bars.... nothing!!! Avoid like the plague!! The one restaurant that has alcohol only has gin and juice, no cocktails. This place is a joke. Staff not very helpful.
Claean. Good designed hotel. Meals are delicious. Hotel is at the centrum of Marmaris. I had a very good holiday with my family. I loved Marmaris and this hotel is one of best hotels here. I will come again Marmaris and again to this hotel.
We love Marmaris and decided to try a hotel that offers a spa. The hotel is lovely , has a large health club, coffee cafe, piano bar ( not open in Lobby) , a large restaurant and the Life Spa. We had never had a Turkish bath so we decided to a bath together along with massage package. It was great and couldn't have been better. The sauna and hot tub are part of the hotel room rate. The Spa staff took us immediately and was well worth the prices. We understand it may be cheaper outside the hotel, however something has to be said for being able to do it all under one roof with direct access to our room. Room rate was only $58 , but it is also off season. We plan to treat ourselves here once a month!
My husband and I stayed for 10 nights in October. Weather was great and we found the hotel and facilities good. We booked an entry level room and thus was adequate and cleaned daily. The only negatives are the bathroom could do with updating and there was never any water in our mini bar (stated two bottles given for free daily). We just grabbed two bottles each day from the beach bar so not a big problem. The pools were freezing but were clean and always lots of sun beds available. We spent most of our time on the jetty. The first few days had to get up early to get a sunbed there, but after that there were plenty available. All inclusive drinks were ok. They do not make the traditional pina colada but tasted good anyway 🙂 cocktails are limited. The beach was a small strip but adequate with lots of sun beds. Lots of water sports available if that’s what you are into. There was three bars, the beach bar, the pool bar and the piano bar. The piano bar was never staffed whilst we were there. Had to get a drink from the pool bar and take to the piano bar to listen to the pianist. The food in the restaurant was a bit repetitive but was fine. Always found something to eat. I’m a vegetarian and I was always full up! The gym was fab. I went there nearly every day and had everything I needed including a towel 🙂 Cannot comment on the spa. Had a look around and looked clean and seemed to have a lot of packages. I thought was on the expensive side. Evening entertainment lasted about ten minutes most evenings and it was a bit repetitive. We went out on two trips. It’s much cheaper to book online and not with your tour guide. We went on a boat trip and jeep safari and had a good time on both. We took Turkish lira but most shops take sterling so we wished we had just taken sterling and a tiny bit of lira. The hotel is central and you can walk to the harbour in 35minutes... you do get harassed by bar staff trying to get you into their bars, but we were polite and said no thank you, and left you alone. We do travel a lot and I would recommend this hotel to others, but suggest they Don’t book an entry level room.
The hotel was lovely, definitely living up to the boutique name. The restaurant was really nice and we found that if you went in on the hour then there were more than enough tables. I went with my mum and we found that the beach pool wasn't for us however the silence pool was incredible, so relaxing and peaceful. The staff were great especially the barmaid at the pool, photographer and Selchuck the pianist. Always friendly and helpful. The only two things that let the hotel down were when it was overrun a few days in by rude and obnoxious israeli guests and the less than 5* maid service. The beds were never made properly, bedspread was removed on the first day and never put back on, our complimentary shampoos were removed on the second morning and not replaced until our last night. Our clothes were thrown on the floor, empty glasses left in the room, towels removed and not replaced, balcony glass never cleaned and the sink was not cleaned. We had to make our own beds on a few occasions when the quilt had just been thrown over and that was it. Apart from that I cannot fault the hotel or the staff.
very nice hotel i think in the United States of America there are many hotels like this one do come to these kinds of hotels there amazing, Brilliant and an idea to come here it is only 256TL to come here
I have just returned from a week at the Elegance Hotel in Marmaris with my 3 sons 22, 26, 32 and me the old one 61, the hotel was good but not what I would say was a 5 star, the food was your typical all inclusive but the service was always good. The big complaint was the room!!! as I say I went with my 3 sons all of which are 6 foot or taller, there was a single bed which I had to sleep on with one on my sons and the other two were put up on made up beds one on the sofa and the other on the floor....when we said we were not happy with this they said it’s the only room they had, so we put up with it and went the bar. All in all not a great experience and not cheap...... Marks out of 10 just about a 5.
Well presented Hotel with a Fantastic location. right on the beach and in the middle of the min strip, easy walking to the Harbour and all the shops etc. The rooms are clean and well presented but the bathrooms are getting old and could do with refitting. Staff and service was ok, but just ok. the food is basic and does not change much, you can not do much more than a week on this type of food, but if you get a cheap price for the week then your not going to expect Lobster or steak on the menu. The drinks are basic but plenty of them, as an all inclusive is a standard fair. Whats makes this a 3 star is the location and the beach, would i go back is the big question, for the price i paid YES
Lovely room we had in this hotel. The jetty was great with comfortable sun beds.Food was not for me as apart from chips and kebab meat(one night) and a bit of pizza here and there,it seemed more based toward the foreign (Russians) contingent.Found it hard to get a drink in lobby bar as the majority of the time it was unattended. The drinks were what I found limited on all inclusive.Unless you wanted wine vodka gin and the odd cocktail ,you had to pay for certain drinks.Snack bar was average with not much variety ,but I will say that ayseir ( don’t know if I spelt her name right) what a lovely girl with a lovely nature and very pleasant,Always had a smile and also a word for Nihad in the restaurant ,always had time for us .Lovely Man .Get a few things sorted in this hotel and it could be a real money spinner.I will say though me and my partner did enjoy our stay there.
Myself and my husband came back this week from being at this hotel in a junior suite for a week, generally the hotel is in a good location, friendly staff and we did all inclusive, the breakfast variations were good as well as lunch and dinner. The food does cater quite well for kids. Wouldn't say it's 5* in terms of having the simple things in your room like kettle and teabags, bathrobe, one of our bedside lights didn't have a bulb. The beds we found uncomfortable, they are very hard. Kept asking for water to be put in our room as we didn't have it originally. Overall a pleasant stay.
