We were disappointed with our room as from the moment we walked in, we smelt smoke. We complained immediately and the only solution was to have the room sprayed with chemicals. We complained the following day after having left the windows opened all day but no effort was made to change our room. We discovered the guests in the room below were chain smokers and smoked from 7.30am. We resented paying for a holiday when we were having to bear with others smoking. Maybe you should have a policy of placing smokers in one section of the hotel to not disturb non smokers. Apart from that we were happy with the food, setting, spa and service,

This was our second stay in this hotel for a family vacation with my sister and parents. First and foremost, I’d like to thank Ruth who was very helpful when my mother needed doctor’s attention and in general is such a great person taking care of guests. Overall, we have only positive feelings about everything: the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is very diverse and delicious, including vegan options, the beach is clean and beautiful, the territory of the hotel is full of amazing plants and looks amazing. The hotel is also home to many wonderful cats that are well taken care of. There is an entertainment program everyday including sports, games and events. While, I must admit, this year there were some bad singers there. The Golden Tones, Dream Girls and acrobats are great though! The music cuts at 23:00. The bars close at 00:00. The gym has everything you need to keep your fitness level in check. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be coming back next year!

The staff working in the food and beverage areas were especially hard-working and kind - always attentive and efficient. That said, there were several areas where the experience didn't meet the standards of a 5-star all-inclusive resort: Room Key Policy: Only one key card was provided per room, even though two guests were staying. Since removing the card from the power slot turns off all electricity in the room, this was inconvenient and impractical.
