Wohnungsgröße

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Sie hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und eine offene Küche mit Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt ist sie sehr schön aber für mwhr wie 2 Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Für 2 Nächte ging es gerade so aber ansonsten würde ich einen Aufenthalt aufgrund des Platzes und der Lage im 5. OG mit 2 Kindern nicht empfehlen.

Gemütliche und moderne FeWo mit guter Anbindung

Moderne und schöne Inneneinrichtung, alles gut instand gehalten und sauber. Moderne Küchengeräte und genügende Ausstattung. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß zum Essen für zwei Personen. Kleines Manko: in den Fugen wächst einiges Unkraut. Der Balkon liegt bis zum Nachmittag im Schatten, was an heißen Sommertagen, wie wir sie hatten, sehr angenehm ist. Die FeWo liegt sehr nahe an der Zugstrecke nach Leipzig. Einerseits super, um schnell in die Stadt zu kommen, andererseits hat man vom frühen Morgen bis spät in die Nacht eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse durch die Züge (gewöhnt man sich auch schnell dran oder einfach Fenster schließen, dann hört man nichts mehr vom Bahnhof). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Bäcker und auch die Seen sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.Abreise und Check-In verliefen dank der guten Beschreibung des Vermieters problemlos. Zu einigen Rückfragen zur FeWo erhielten wir in wenigen Minuten eine Antwort.Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt für den wir dankbar sind.
