SANDY DAZE is a newly built three-bedroom open plan living home completed in 2024. It offers a great base to explore the southern tip of the Yorke Peninsula with exceptional surf, fishing, walking trails and site seeing. The kitchen opens to the rear deck with an inbuilt BBQ and table with seating for eight. Beyond the deck is the newly landscaped fully fenced native garden including fire pit area. It is a five-minute walk to Willyama beach or Penguin Point and ten-minute walk to the Marion Bay Tavern. 4 Dotterel St is a great place to relax with family and friends.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms.
