Nos quedamos 4 noches en este hotel. El hotel esta en estado medio (muchas superficies sucias y viejas). El servicio en la piscina y playa es aceptable, hay demasiado desorden en el equipo. Lo peor de todo: NO PUDIMOS DESCANSAR. En la playa y piscina ponen musica TODO el dia desde las 8 am hasta las 6pm. No pude apreciar el silencio y no hay respeto al descanso. Entiendo que puede existir un equipo de animación pero tiene que haber un balance. Lo mas insólito es que pregunte mas de 5 veces si podian bajar el volumen o tener algún periodo sin musica y aunque me decian que si, a la media hora estaba la musica a full volumen. Atencion al cliente fatal. No estoy muy si la dirección sabe lo mal gestionado que esta su hotel. Si lo que quieren es relajarse entonces NO vengan a este hotel o tráiganse audífonos.
