Ein tolles Haus!

Das Haus ist neu und modern und komplett eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Ensuite-Badezimmer. Der Ausblick ist sensationell, der Außenbereich schick und praktisch zugleich angelegt. An diesem Haus gibt es wirklich nichts zu kritisieren. Auf diesem sehr hohen Niveau würde man - auch wenn wir noch nie in einem unserer Häuser einen solchen vorgefunden haben - noch einen Weinkühlschrank vermissen (klingt vielleicht etwas arrogant, aber in dieser Klasse spielt dieses Haus nun einmal). Petar hat uns bei Fragen jederzeit geholfen; ein wirklich angenehmer und freundlicher Gesprächspartner/Vermieter. Warum aber nur 4 Sterne? Man könnte sagen, wir waren zur falschen Zeit am richtigen Ort. Die umgebende Infrastruktur ist noch nicht sonderlich gut ausgebaut. So wurde während unseres Aufenthalts die anliegende Straße neu angelegt und das benachbarte Grundstück eingeebnet. Das war insbesondere an unseren letzten beiden Tagen mit erheblicher Geräuschbelästigung verbunden. Die Bauarbeiter haben sich zwar über unsere Bierversorgung gefreut, das hat aber natürlich nicht dazu beigetragen, dass die Baumaschinen leiser arbeiten. Da diese Arbeiten aber ja irgendwann abgeschlossen sein werden, ist dieses Haus wirklich uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Perfect stay in a superb villa with pool and nice view

We had a wonderful 11days stay in this brand-new villa with our family. All pictures shown are 100% real view and distance to sea is around 50m only. 3 rooms in 1st floor have balcony with sea view! The pool is awesome and together with a great view over the small bay a really nice place to relax. The house has all furnishing needed. Kitchen with all tools incl. coffee machine, ice maker, oven, big fridge, micro wave, ... Even towels and bed linen is available. A stand-up paddle board was also available to us. The hosts were super nice and helpful with all questions and issues before our trip and during it, thanks again Petar! We plan to come back next year!

Wonderful holidays in a beautiful house with great hosts

We had wonderful holidays in this beautiful house which is as it is shown in the pictures and which is located a one minute walk from the clear sea. The hosts were super nice and helpful with all questions and issues before our trip and during it! Everything perfect! Very recommendable! We hope to come back some time!
