A detached house of approximately 400 square meters on an 8,000 square meter plot, with an infinity pool and gym in a very special setting, where the tranquility of the countryside combines with the proximity of some of Cantabria's best beaches and the convenience of being just 15 minutes from Santander.

The house is a harmonious balance of concrete, iron, wood, and glass, blending naturally with the landscape. Its large windows frame, on the one hand, the open views of the fields surrounding the property and, on the other, the skyline of Santander, with the Magdalena Palace in the background.
