"Belle Colombe" is the rather original name given to this villa built on the land of a former sugar refinery. This charming rental that can accommodate up to 6 people welcomes you in a calm and relaxing environment for an exceptional stay. Located less than 1 km from the center of Marigot and Galisbay beach, which is very popular with Saint-Martin residents on Sundays, treat yourself to the much-desired calm to enjoy the greenery and the delights of its swimming pool and jacuzzi.
This large villa is built on an area of ​​110 m² and extends over 2 levels. It offers 3 bedrooms, including 1 on the upper floor and 2 on the ground floor, as well as 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs. It also offers a fully equipped open kitchen, a fitted living room, digital television and WiFi access. For your security, this house has an alarm system.

Great house with ocean view.

The property was just as described. It was great to have a pool and ocean view. The house was clean and suited my family well. We rented a car and traveled the island. This was our first time to SXM we would definitely stay here again.

Great House

House is exactly as shown in pictures, well appointed with appliances (although minor inconvenience ice maker in fridge didn't work). Three decent sized bedrooms, two had ample storage for clothing, etc, but the upstairs bedroom did not have any storage for hanging or storing clothing, there weren't even towel bars, which was kind of odd. Nice bathrooms, good selection of cleaning products. Pool very nice (note no shallow end though, so wouldn't be suitable for children - was fine for us though) There are 4 chaise loungers, would have been nice to have 2 more to accomodate all six of us. Nice outdoor dining table with passthough to kitchen. The power service is 240v, so our 120v North American products wouldn't work, but Emmanual kindly provided some adapters. Emmanual and Helene were lovely, friendly hosts, with recommendations for dining and shopping in the area. Security gate was good, we felt very safe the entire time. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and fans thoughout the house made it very comfortable. It is a lovely, lush green property with lots of birds and a few iguanas stopping by for visits. The only negative, was the shortage of towels. There were only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 facecloths and 2 beach towels for each room. With only a washing machine and no dryer, it was inconvenient not having enough towels to switch out.

Helene and Emmanuel are the BEST

The property is secured behind a gate which made us feel very secure. The outdoor living space is very nice and peaceful with extras like bird feeders and the grounds are beautiful and very serene. The house is very well appointed. It was nice to arrive with cold beverages in the fridge. I forgot my voltage adapter and Emmanuel found one for me. It's the little things that always matter and they were always on point. The location is great because it's close to the marina, shopping and restaurants.

Charming premium villa

This holiday home presents all features for successfull vacation. Located At the heart of Concordia highs which is the prettiest part of Marigot where high French society live in peace. Hélène and her husband assist with a nice service. Villa is typically built in the local architecture but will all most modern furnitures within an amazing tropical garden as well as big and clean pool.We enjoyed nicest holidays in this home. Do not hesitate one single second and stay there in Saint-Martin. Experience is with distance better than in an hotel for a better value.
