Important Information: This apartment is located in a quiet, year-round residential complex. It is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the premises.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people; this limit must be strictly observed day and night.
Outside visitors are not permitted in the accommodation.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours must be observed, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
In the event of disturbances or complaints from neighbors, this could jeopardize the continuation of the rental.
Additionally, the property is located on the island of Saint Martin, where occasional water or power outages may occur that are beyond the residence’s control. The residence is not equipped with a generator or a water tank to ensure the continuity of these services.
✈️ From Grand Case Esperance Airport (Saint-Martin – French side)
Estimated travel time: 20 minutes – 9.5 km

- Exit the airport and turn left onto the N7 road heading towards Marigot.
- Stay on the N7 for about 7 km, passing through Hope Estate and Bellevue.
- As you approach Marigot, continue straight toward the town center.
- Pass the Marigot cemetery on your left.
- About 500 meters later, veer slightly right onto Rue de Hollande.
- The residence is located near the lagoon, in a quiet residential area.

Estimated travel time: 15 minutes – 6.5 km

- Upon exiting the airport, follow the signs to “Marigot / Saint Martin (French side)” via Simpson Bay.
- Turn right onto Welfare Road and continue straight, crossing the Simpson Bay Bridge.
- Follow the main road (Airport Road > Union Road > Rue de Hollande) heading north towards Marigot.
- Cross the border (no stop required) — you are now on the French side.
- Keep going straight until you reach the Marigot lagoon area.
- Follow signs to the residence near the lake.
