Our house is a charming villa with private pool, located in the heart of Orient Bay, a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the village square, its restaurants and small shops.

This listing concerns the 2 bedrooms villa option for up to 4 people. The 3rd bedroom will be closed and you will have exclusive access to the entire house.

You will particularly appreciate its pretty pool around which you can sunbathe, read, rest, have an aperitif with friends while enjoying delicious tropical cocktails!

Two large bedrooms are upstairs and enjoy a pretty landscaped terrace from where you can see the sea; the third bedroom, smaller, is located on the ground floor, and has the advantage of giving directly to the pool.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilets.

Choose the 2 bedrooms that work best for you, the third bedroom will be closed.

The living room is equipped with a TV with American channels and a dock to listen to your music; it overlooks a charming covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwaves, oven, dishwasher etc... and everything you need to cook.

A tank has been installed to make up for water outages, which are relatively common on the island

Annual SXM Visit

Property was clean and well located. We especially liked that the upstairs bedrooms each had full bathrooms with showers, which is fairly rare near the beach in Orient. Ths home was well stocked with necessities. The pool area could us a little updating and a dryer would have been nice, but we all liked the property!

Wonderful Orient Bay Villa

The property was better than we anticipated. It was spotless and had everything we could have wanted. The hosts were the nicest people we have met in a long time, they greeted us at the door, and were there when we left. The location of the unit was excellent, close enough to the beach to be able to walk there, far enough away to not hear the music from the nearby Coco Beach Club. Our hosts, Moune and Dominic, were the best hosts for us. Moune was able to make a reservation at a great restaurant in Grand Case, which was perfect. They also had recommendations for a snorkeling trip, which we ended up not taking. We highly recommend this unit!
